Get Off Your Butt Or Die!

A recent report from British Journal of Sports Medicine that suggests that those of us who sit for more than 6 hours per day are 40% likelier to die within 15 years than someone who sits less than 3? Well, we found that this infographic from medicalbillingandcoding.org gave us more motivation to get out of our chairs than any three paragraph summary could, so I thought I’d share it with my friends in the blogosphere.
